Im not able to link my tickets to my account

Hey there, hi there, Jonathon! Welcome to planDisney. We are happy you've stopped by!

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble linking your tickets to your Disney account. Let me walk you through the steps of linking tickets through the Disneyland app. This way you will be ready to go and use the app in the parks during your visit.

-Download the Disneyland app and log into your Disney account.

-Tap on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of your screen.

-Tap on "Tickets and Passes" and then the "+" at the top right of your screen.

-Here you will be able to link each ticket by scanning the barcode or typing in the Ticket ID number.

Once your tickets are linked, they will show up as a digital ticket in the "Tickets and Passes" section and this is what you will open up to scan each ticket at the park entrance. By going to "Future Plans" you will be able to see all of the ticket reservations for any ticket linked to your account. Theme park ticket reservations are required along with tickets for entry into the park.

If you are still having trouble linking your tickets you will want to reach out to Guest Services to see if they can help you out.

The Disneyland app will be where you can see the park maps with wait times for attractions, mobile order food, and so much more.

Jonathon, I hope you are able to get your tickets linked and finish up the last of your planning details. Please come back and see us again if there are any other questions we can answer.

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
