Greetings, and welcome to planDisney, Jacqueline!

I am so excited to help you today as I just returned from my glorious day at Magic Kingdom Park which is all decked out for the merriest and jolliest of celebrations, the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort! Jacqueline, it gives me great joy to be able to help you with your upcoming vacation which is just around the corner!

Managing your plans through your My Disney Experience planning begins, as you know, with the linking of your reservations and purchases to your Disney account online, or via the My Disney Experience App by accessing the Resort Hotel tile on your Welcome Jacqueline page to enter your confirmation number and surname. Or, you can visit the Walt Disney World Resort website on your desktop, sign in and access your My Disney Experience account on the top right of the page. From there select My Plans – Dining, Resort Hotel and Tickets to open your planning area. Please select Resort Hotel and then click on Link a Reservation to enter your confirmation number and the surname on the reservation. As soon as you have linked your hotel reservation when you sign into your My Disney Experience App your vacation details should appear.

For assistance retrieving your official Disney Partner Hotel unique reference confirmation number that will be recognized by My Disney Experience please contact Walt Disney World Resort Help Center or Residence Inn Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS® Town Center at 1-407-993-3233. When I stayed at a non-Disney Resorts Collection Hotel recently, I had to contact the hotel directly to receive a confirmation number that was recognized by my Disney account when I tried to link my reservation.

Don't miss out on the best holiday party at Magic Kingdom Park with Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party to enjoy unique events, festivities, special event souvenirs, and treats.

Enjoy suggested theme park itineraries based on your preferred attractions, experiences, and dining with the complimentary Disney Genie and save time at attractions that offer Lightning Lane entrances with the purchase of the Disney Genie+ service which you can access via the My Disney Experience App!

Jacqueline, thank you kindly for reaching out to me today, it was my great honor assisting you. I wish you a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays and during the 50th Anniversary Celebration, what perfect timing for a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Best Disney Holidays!
