Hi Alex! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
If you have the admission ticket purchase email confirmation, you have your ticket ID number. That's good! We can link using that information. If your tickets aren't showing in your
Disneyland mobile app, you can link the ticket ID number in the app. When you've done that, they should show in the app. I can walk you through how to do this.
Tap the three-line menu at the bottom right side of the app. This will bring up a series of tiles. Tap "My Tickets & Passes." On the next screen, you should see an option to "Link Tickets & Passes" or a "+." Tap to begin to link. You can choose whether to manually enter the ticket ID number or to use your mobile device's camera to scan the code.
If you're not able to link your tickets or don't have the ticket ID number, please call the
Tickets phone line. A Cast Member will get to the bottom of your ticket issue right away! They were able to help me with missing expired tickets once, so I know they'll be able to get things straight for you too.
If your
Magic Key isn't showing in the app, you link using the same process. However, if you need assistance, you can always call the
Magic Key Holder phone line. A friendly Cast Member can help you out with a few quick questions. That line is only for Magic Key holders and they're there to help you with any questions or problems you might run across.
I hope this helps!
Elizabeth
