Uh oh! Did Stitch get into the website's server room? I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble completing a purchase of a new DisneyBand+ for your upcoming cruise on the Disney Wish. I checked with a Disney Cruise Line Guest Services Cast Member about your July cruise. She said that your cruise should be eligible for using DisneyBand+ onboard. Here are some things to check to make sure your order can be processed:
- Pre-cruise purchases of Disney Cruise Line DisneyBand+ are available if your cruise is at least 11 days in the future.
- Advanced purchase of DisneyBand+ is only available to residents of the United States with a valid mailing address saved on their account.
- Unfortunately, DisneyBand+ cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, United States ports, or international addresses.
- A Disney cruise reservation must be linked on the My Reservations page under your account.
- If you follow the "Purchase DisneyBand+" link from the My Reservations page to the DisneyBand+ and More page, you should see a "Get Started" button.
If all of those conditions are met and the "Get Started" button still does not show up for you, calling a Guest Services Cast Member on the phone is likely to help you get things back on track. Maybe they can locate Stitch and send him back to Lilo and Nani to help him settle down, too. If, for some reason, things still do not work out to purchase a DisneyBand+ ahead of time, rest assured that there will be a selection of bands to choose from on board the ship as well.
I hope you have a magical time on the Disney Wish, Susan. I'm pretty sure you're going to love it. My family has sailed on the Wish twice so far. We love the theming of the main
dining rooms. My favorite is
1923 because of all the cool Disney artifacts on display. I also love the combination of dining and unique entertainment in
Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure and
Worlds of Marvel.
