Hello there, Lori! Welcome back to planDisney. Thanks for sailing our way once again.
As a fellow Californian, I love to take advantage of having a Disney Cruise Line port in our state! We've sailed several times aboard the
Disney Wonder out of San Diego. Each time my family has sailed, we've had wonderful interactions with servers and assistant servers for our dining rotation.
I'm happy to share that it is possible to request a specific server or assistant server. To make this request, you can
email, call, or chat online with the agents at Disney Cruise Line. They will be able to make note of your request on your reservation. It's best to share the server's name and country of origin (if you know it!) for the request. Please be aware that while Disney Cruise Line works hard to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
I'm hopeful that you'll step onboard and see familiar faces during your sailing. We were delighted to see a favorite server from
Palo (whom we had met onboard the Disney Wonder previously) aboard the Disney Magic this summer. You just never know what friendly Crew Members you will cross paths with on the ship.
I wish you a WONDERful voyage. Please enjoy my favorite restaurant onboard,
Tiana's Place. I recommend the sea bass for your main dish and the beignets for dessert! It's the perfect spot for dinner, entertainment, and a party! I hope you'll sail our way again the next time you have a question for us. My pals and I love to help.
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
