Hello, I'm a New Yorker. My daughter lives in Florida, has annual passes. I come down 3 to 4 times,a year. I read all Fb comments. So many are come to WDW who have annual passes. How is this possible? How do I apply for an annual pass?

    Hi Evelyn,

Those of us who are residents of Florida are fortunate to have access to special prices on a variety of annual passes. But you don't have to live in the Sunshine State to become a Walt Disney World annual passholder. Both the Platinum and Platinum Plus annual pass are available to guests who live anywhere.

If you visit more than a few days a year, I always think it's good to do the math to see if an annual pass makes sense for you. Besides admission throughout the year, an annual pass entitles you to a wide range of discounts and benefits, including Disney PhotoPass downloads and free standard parking.

An annual pass would also give you the same park-hopping privileges as your daughter, which could make your visits together easier to coordinate.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Evelyn. I hope that clarifies annual passes for you and that you consider joining our passholder family. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Enjoy your next Walt Disney World visit with your family!
