Hello and welcome to planDisney, Rafael. We're oh so glad you're here and shared this fantastic question with us.
Congratulations on becoming a
Magic Key holder! I hope you're ready for a year filled with magic. This is a great question and it's always good to familiarize yourself with the rules of the program. The Magic Key No-Show Policy refers to when a Magic Key holder makes a theme park reservation and does not redeem or use their reservation and enter the theme park (no-show) that day. According to the policy, if you no-show for 3 reservations in any 90-day window, you will be unable to make new reservations or modify any existing reservations for 30 days.
If you cancel or modify your existing theme park reservation by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the day before the reserved date, you will not be considered a no-show. So think like Cinderella and make sure to have all of your modifications or cancellations done before the clock strikes midnight the day before. This policy is subject to change and you can
find more details when scrolling down to the section "Magic Key No-Show Policy." I hope this helps and gives you what you need to plan accordingly, Rafael. If you haven't already, make sure to check out the Portal for Magic Key holders in the
Disneyland app. I find this extra handy when I'm visiting the Disneyland Resort to see what my
discounts are and what exclusive offerings may be available to me.
If you think of any other questions, please come back to visit us - we love to help. Here's wishing you the most magical year!
