I'm new at this Disneyland reservations.  I want to plan a trip for next Spring in March 2018.  How do I get started?  TIA

    Hi Erica,
If you're planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, then you've come to the right place!
To begin with, if you try to book your Spring 2018 vacation online, you will notice the calendar only goes as far as December 31, 2017. That's because the programming for next year has not been released yet (that usually happens in mid-late July).
You can either wait another month to book your vacation package online or call guest services and see if they can accommodate your reservation.
*If you book online, you'll be happy to know you can select your preferred Disneyland Resort Hotel, Theme Park tickets and even a Character Dining Experience all at once. With this option, guests can either pay the vacation in full or leave a deposit and make payments on their reservation until about 30 days before arrival!
*Check out the best time to visit the Disneyland Resort, where you will have a more specific idea of which dates are recommended in the Spring.
*After you make your hotel reservations, you should start planning which restaurants you'd like to dine at. I say this because the Disneyland Resort offers numerous dining experiences that require an advanced reservation. Advance reservations can be made up to 60 days before your trip, either online or by calling (714) 781-DINE.
*Once those basic vacation elements are squared away, you can start planning which attractions you want to experience at the Theme Parks. My current favorite is the all-new Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission BREAKOUT which had its debut recently at California Adventure!
I hope this helps. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
