    I'm nervous we have park passes and dinner reservations booked. No smart phone an everything I am reading says you need to check in on phone, will we lose our reservations since we can't do this? About QS how can we eat if we can't order

    Welcome to planDisney!

    I am very excited to see that your vacation is just around the corner! I cannot wait to return to The Most Magical Place on Earth, too.  Please don't be nervous!  You are very well organised with your Disney Park Passes being booked and your dining reservations in place.  If you need to adjust or change any of your dining plans, this can be done either online or by using your My Disney Experience mobile app. If there were any restaurants that were proving difficult to secure, cancellations do occur so it's a good idea to keep checking.  Guests often change their plans while they are at Walt Disney World Resort, meaning that last minute openings may appear.  

    At this time, reduced contact is being encouraged in every area, so having a smartphone can be useful with all the mobile ordering, checking-in, making payments etc. but please be assured that you may still check-in to a restaurant in person if you don't have a smartphone.  Also, at Quick-Service restaurants there will always be a Disney Cast Member on hand to take your order and assist you in any way they can.  

    During the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World, we may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our vacations to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience.  Please read this information about Returning to a World of Magic, and Dining: Know Before You Go, and the Disney Parks Blog provides all the latest official updates as they are announced.
