I'm nervous about bypassing baggage claim and having our luggage delivered later. My worry is our luggage being lost from the flight. Does the resort notify you of your luggage delivery if you are not in the room at the time they are delivered? 12 DAYS!!

Heidi, in less than two weeks you will be flying with Peter Pan, on elephants, and through space!

No worries! Bypassing luggage claim is a great time and back saver. In fact, your bags never reach the conveyer belt, but are whisked straight to Walt Disney World. If you are checking multiple items of baggage, even if one suitcase mistakenly lands in Omaha, the rest of your luggage will probably arrive safely at your resort. You will instantly realize one of your pieces is gone and can consult the airline to help you track the bag down. Typically your luggage magically arrives in your room within 3 hours after you check in, but no notification is sent if you are in the parks or at the pool.
