    I'm nervous about buying tickets from Undercover Tourist. I called the WDW ticket line and the woman I spoke to said she never heard of them, and she made me feel nervous. Do you truly recommend UCT for buying tickets online? Thanks so much for your help

    I really do recommend them. I've used Undercover Tourist many times for our tickets. They even refunded a ticket that I ended up not using. They were polite, prompt and reliable.

    The Walt Disney World Cast Member that took your phone call is probably unaware of all the different resources that guests of WDW can use for securing tickets to the park.

    But, don't take just my word for it. If you do a google search on "undercover tourist disney ticket review", you'll get recommendations from lots of other happy customers!

    Undercover Tourist is a reputable broker for theme park tickets. In addition, read some great information on Undercover Tourist at www.mousesavers.com. This is my favorite site for Disney discounts! Go to the site, click on Walt Disney World, then Tickets and Passes, then Discounts on Tickets, then Undercover Tourist.

    If you have a guidebook to Walt Disney World, look in the index for Undercover Tourist. Many of the books highly recommend their service. If you don't have a book, go to your local library and/or bookstore and read them for yourself.

    Most importantly, call Undercover Tourist and express your concerns. I'm sure they would be happy to reassure you.
