    Hello. I’m needing help linking my tickets to my app. It is saying I’ve reached my maximum number of entries and to try again later. How long does it lock me out for? It’s been about 16 hours now.

    I'm sorry you're having difficulty linking your tickets. That sounds frustrating, especially when you want to be ready to go for your upcoming holiday! Let's see if we can figure this out.

    There is an alternate way to link using the Disneyland Resort website. Sign in to your MyDisney account. Hover over the "My Disneyland" dropdown menu and click "Link Tickets." You'll be prompted to enter your ticket ID number, which you can locate in your ticket purchase confirmation e-mail. If you have additional tickets to enter, simply click "Add Another ID Number." When you're finished, click "Continue." Hopefully, that solves your issue!

    If for some reason you're not able to link your tickets online, please call a friendly Cast Member on the Tickets phone line. They're always happy to help! They've even dug up missing tickets for me that had disappeared into the electronic void. So, I know they can work magic even with weird technical issues.

    I hope you're able to enjoy both Season of the Force and Pixar Fest while you're visiting. There's so much to explore right now! My must-do is the Attraction overlay, Hyperspace Mountain. You'll find it during Season of the Force in Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park, transforming the iconic Space Mountain for a limited time.
