Hello, Gary,
Uh oh! It sounds like
Experiment 626 (A.K.A. Stitch) may be causing more trouble. I’m sorry to hear about your predicament.
To find your tickets on the Disneyland Resort website, you will either look for
existing theme park reservations or try to make
new theme park reservations. If you don’t see tickets there and have ticket numbers, you can try
re-linking them to your account. Tickets should also show up in the “Tickets and Passes” screen of the
Disneyland mobile app. And any existing theme park reservations would appear in the “Future Plans” screen of the app.
If you still don’t see your tickets in these places, the most likely path to solving this issue is to place a call to the
Website Support phone line. But there are a few tricks we might try to try to loosen Stitch’s grip on things. Sometimes, I find that logging out of my account in the Disneyland app and logging back in helps correct certain issues. If things are really stuck, it may even help to fully delete the application and reinstall it from the device application store. When accessing my account through a web browser, clearing browser cache or website data sometimes also helps as well. I’ve found that trying a different web browser or computer has also been useful for resolving issues like these.
I hope these tricks help. But if all else fails, you can visit a Main Entrance Ticket Booth or
Guest Relations location to sort out your tickets. Be sure to have your ticket information, including the confirmation number, your original form of payment, and a photo ID for security.
I’m wishing upon a star that things can be resolved well for you, Gary. I hope you have a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort!
