Im going in may and will have a 2yr old with me.. What are the best places to take her as far as attractions and shows that we shouldn't miss? Already have dinner picked out with several character buffets

    Hi Stephanie,

Your trip is going to be so special seeing Walt Disney World through your child's eyes. My youngest was two years old last summer and there was so much that he loved and I'm happy to share my recommendations.

Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom is the prime spot to take the little ones. All the rides there can accommodate a two year old without having height restrictions with the exception of the Barnstormer (35 inches tall). His favorite, and I'm not ashamed to admit mine, too, is Peter Pan's Flight. Other great attractions in Magic Kingdom are Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor in Tomorrowland, Jungle Cruise and The Magic Carpets of Aladdin in Adventureland.

In Epcot, there is Turtle Talk with Crush and the Seas with Nemo and Friends and Journey into Imagination with Figment. Over at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Junior - Live on Stage was a highlight for him on our recent trip. Seeing some of his favorite Disney Junior characters produced big smiles and excitement. Toy Story Mania and meeting some of his favorite Pixar characters were also fun. Disney's Animal Kingdom has lots to offer for the little ones, as well, such as the Affection Section at Rafiki's Planet Watch, the Boneyard (play area in  Dinoland, USA), and Triceratop Spin.

Don't forget about parades and stage shows, too! These are a great way to enjoy some entertainment when their little feet need a rest. We also used these opportunities to refuel with a snack and drink.

    Have a magical time.
