    I'm Mark. I am planning a trip for Sept 9-13 2019 is Disney offering a free quick service dining plan for free? If not when will the details for this be available? If the dining plan is free can you sometimes also get a cheaper rate on a value room?

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel again with another great question! Disney Dining Plans are so convenient and a great deal when you can get one for free! I consulted Madame Leota about the possibility of a Free Dining offer for next fall but she said the future was a bit too hazy to see right now. There are websites, like Mousesavers, that list historical dates when Special Offers have been released for Walt Disney World Resort. However, there is no guarantee an offer will be repeated or that it will be offered at the same time as previous years. 

    I keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all of the current news about Disney Parks. If there is a Free Dining offer released it is usually announced on the blog and will include all of the relevant details. 

    Unfortunately, you cannot combine a room discount with a Free Dining offer. Although I don't love math, I did crunch the numbers once and my family saved more than we would with a Free Dining offer by using a room only discount.
