I’m March 2020 I bought 2 3 day pass. I got to use 2 days before Covid-19 shut the park down. Will I be able to use my last day now?

    Hey Celestina!

    Welcome to planDisney!

It’s that special time of year where you can experience the holiday Magic and festive fun at the Happiest Place on Earth! Santa Claus has come to Disney California Adventure Park and you can meet him and his elves and let them know how good you’ve been this year. You’ll want to head over to the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail for all the holiday cheer.

I am sorry to hear that you were only able to use two out of your three days at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Without seeing your tickets it’s hard to tell if they have been extended or not. Most non-promotional tickets that were purchased right before the park closures and were set to expire at the end of 2020 or beginning of 2021 have been extended through December 16, 2021. There are still some open theme park reservations but you’ll need to act fast. If you need help re-linking your ticket to your Disney Account, you’ll want to reach out to Ticket Services for assistance.

Well Celestina, I hope you have a merry good time!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
