    I'm making hoop de doo reservations on 7/2/13 through the dining plan and was wondering if all balcony seating was along the railing or if thre are areas up there where the views will be blocked? I'm torn between category 2 & 3

    You needn't worry about obstructed views from the balcony, Erika.  Guests seated in category three at the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue do not have other guests seated in front of them.  In other words, all guests in category three are seated right up against the railing.  I sure hope that information aids in your decision making process, Erika.  Have a great time!
