Warm greetings, Danielle! It's wonderful to have you, here at planDisney, and thank you so much for visiting with your question today.
What a special time of year to visit 'The Most Magical Place on Earth!' I can't wait for you to see all the charming seasonal decorations along Main Street, U.S.A. and the fantastic holiday entertainment at Magic Kingdom Park! I'm glad to know that you're aware that the park's operating hours are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on this particular date due to
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, which requires a separate ticket. I consulted the
Hours & Events Calendar to see if there is a firework spectacular that night and I do see that
Minnie's Wonderful Christmas Time Fireworks is scheduled for 10:00 PM (subject to change). I understand that you might not have a special event ticket to be able to view it from inside the theme park at that time, but let me share some other recommendations for catching a glimpse of this special fireworks display!
Several Disney Resort Hotels around Magic Kingdom Park have viewing areas and some even turn on the music synced with the fireworks spectacular so Guests can enjoy a full experience! You might enjoy visiting
Disney's Contemporary Resort which has a viewing area on the observation deck of the fourth floor. You could also make your way to
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort beach area or
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, both of which have excellent vantage points! These Disney Resort Hotels are accessible from the
Resort Monorail line. Don't hesitate to ask a Cast Member to direct you to the best viewing area when you arrive on-site.
I sure hope this has been some helpful advice, Danielle. Most of all, I wish you a fantastic trip with the most magical memories during the merriest time of year. If we can help with anything else in the meantime, please visit us again here at
planDisney!
Magically yours,
Tishra
