Hey there, Paige. Thank you for bringing your question to us at planDisney. As a fellow Magic Key holder, I am delighted to help.
It's so wonderful that you're a
Magic Key holder, Paige. Don't you just love having the flexibility of visiting the Disneyland Resort and adding magic when you need it? Speaking of flexibility, all Magic Key Passes have the benefit of park hopping built in. You still need a theme park reservation for the park where you will be starting your day, however, as soon as the clock strikes 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, you are free to hop on over to the other park! This is something I like to keep in mind when making reservations. If my desired starting park is not available, I will make a reservation for the other park and then get to hopping at 11:00 a.m.
Did you know the
Disneyland app has a Portal for Magic Key holders? If you haven't already, I recommend taking a look. It can be found on the home screen, when you scroll down look for the section "Calling All Magic Key Holders." There's tons of great information in there including all of the special offers available exclusively to Magic Key holders around the resort. Additionally, if you aren't already, I highly recommend following @DisneylandMagicKey on Instagram for the latest updates and breaking news.
It's an especially magical year to visit the Disneyland Resort with the
Disney100 Celebration happening at the parks. I'm also super excited because one of my favorite festivals, the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, is nearly upon us. Better yet, the
Disney Eats Foodie Guide was just released for the festival. You can bet I'll be making a list of all the delectable eats that I will be trying.
Paige, I hope this information has been helpful. Please come back to visit us with any other questions you may have. Here's to the most magical year!
Happy (park) hopping!
Michelle
