Hi there, Arisbeth. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.
Congratulations on being a Magic Key passholder. I love my Magic Key pass and the ability to visit the Happiest Place on Earth many times throughout the year. I’ve also enjoyed the discounts available at select retail and dining locations as well!
To enter Disneyland Resort theme parks, Guests need to have both valid theme park admission AND reservation. Even with a
Magic Key pass, you’ll need to ensure you have a valid
theme park reservation for the day you plan to visit. When making your theme park reservation using your Magic Key pass, the park you select will be your starting park if you’re arriving before 1 PM. At 1 PM, you are able to enter either theme parks with your valid park reservation. For example, say you wish to visit Disneyland Park on Saturday, but only Disney California Adventure Park is available. You can make your theme park reservation for Disney California Adventure Park without actually visiting in the morning. You're able to arrive at 1 PM with your theme park reservation and enter Disneyland Park instead.
I hope this information is helpful for you. If you have more trip-planning questions, please feel free to swing by
planDisney again.
See ya real soon,
Kiki
