Hello there, Michelle, and welcome to planDisney. Thank you for traveling from a galaxy far, far away to bring us this question. We
are the panelists you're looking for.
I'm thrilled to hear that you are interested in attending
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite. Cue Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes! While we do know all of the
Star Wars Nite dates this year, we don't know quite when ticket sales will begin. As the wise Yoda would say, "Difficult to see. Always in motion is the future." We can draw lessons from the past, however.
It looks like Star Wars Nite tickets went on sale to the general public in early February last year, which means that tickets were available to
Magic Key holders in the days just before that. The first event night is a bit later than last year, so we might expect to see ticket sales start later, though this is all speculation. We're so close to the end of January, I suspect we'll hear something in the coming weeks. I recommend keeping an eye on
Disney Parks Blog as well as following
@disneyland and
@disneylandmagickey on Instagram for updates. Another great place to watch is the Magic Key portal in the
Disneyland app.
I've attended Star Wars Nite in the past, and it's an absolute blast. The themed food and character meet and greets are what I usually look forward to the most. You just never know who you might run into. Speaking of characters you might run into, did you see the
news today that Darth Vader, Leia Organa, Han Solo, and Luke Skywalker will arrive on Batuu beginning April 29th? You'll also be able to hear John Williams’ Star Wars film scores as you travel through the land. There's so much for Star Wars fans to look forward to.
Michelle, while not an exact answer, I hope this information has been helpful. I'll be wishing on a star that we hear some good news soon.
Come back to see us with any other questions you might have. May the Force be with you.
Michelle
