Hello Philip, and welcome to planDisney!
You must be so excited that your spring vacation is just around the corner.
Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of my favorite hotels in the Disney Resort Collection, thanks to its proximity to the
Magic Kingdom Park. You are just steps away from Main Street U.S.A., and the spires of
Space Mountain can be seen from all around the resort. Talk about staying IN the magic!
Philip, to solve the mystery of your
Disney Park Pass reservations, log into your
My Disney Experience account and select "My Plans" from the dropdown menu. Scroll down through your Daily Itinerary and you will see Disney Park Pass reservations for any days that you have made them. If you plan on visiting the theme parks for three days, you should see Disney Park Pass reservations for three days. You will also see your resort reservation and
Advanced Dining Reservations listed in this section.
Because the Disney Park Pass System will only allow Guests to make reservations on days for which they have valid
theme park admission, it is unlikely that you reserved six theme park days with a three-day standard ticket, so let's figure out what you're seeing. Remember that every Guest in your party needs a Disney Park Pass reservation, so if you are traveling with another person for three days, you would have a total of six reservations, three for each Guest.
If someone that you are linked with through My Friends & Family has Disney Park Pass reservations, whether they are traveling with you on this vacation or not, you will see their plans and Disney Park Pass Reservations in your My Disney Experience account. This could be why you are "seeing double," but if this is the case, you should see a different Guest's name and character icon listed.
I hope you get things figured out, Philip, but if you are still having difficulty or want to confirm anything,
feel free to give the friendly Cast Members who manage My Disney Experience a call. Sometimes they can see and fix things from their end that we can't on ours. As you count down the final weeks and days until your spring getaway, be sure to follow
planDisney on social media and check out the
Disney Parks Blog for updates and travel tips. There's a lot of excitement on the horizon for Walt Disney World in 2021, and I'm so glad you'll be joining us during this memorable year. Thanks again for stopping by, and we'll see ya real soon!
