Hello, Laura!
Welcome to planDisney! Who’s the leader of the club that’s made for you and me? M-I-CK-E-Y M-O-U-S-E! I am so excited to hear that you are going to watch your child march right down the middle of Main Street U.S.A. while performing with their marching band. This will be a core memory for the entire family. This will just add to the fun of joining in the
50th Anniversary Celebration.
Laura, let’s help you find your tickets and make sure you are ready to come along and sing the song and join the jamboree, M-I-CK-E-Y M-O-U-S-E! If you purchased your tickets online from Disney, you should have received an email with a confirmation number or ticket ID number. Or if you booked a room and ticket package, you would have also received a confirmation number to link to your My Disney Experience account. For some reason, linking tickets and reservations are a little easier when using a computer or laptop. Sign in to My Disney Experience and click on your
My Plans tab. You will see your dashboard with all your plans. If you scroll down to
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets and click on the
Tickets & Memory Maker tab to confirm that all the members of your travel party have a ticket assigned to them. If everyone has a ticket, you can breathe a sigh of relief.
Hey there, hi there, ho there, you’re as welcome as can be, M-I-CK-E-Y M-O-U-S-E! Now let’s confirm that you have made your
Park Pass Reservations for each day you will be visiting a theme park. Click on the
Daily Itinerary tab and you will see all your reservations. If you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel your reservation details will be listed here. You will also see your Disney Park Pass reservations for each day you are planning to visit a Disney Theme Park. If you see all of your reservations, you are good to go.
If you need to link your tickets, click on the blue
+Add More Plans button, and from the drop-down menu choose
Link Reservations and Purchases, click on
Tickets, and enter your confirmation number or ticket ID number in the space provided. Assign your tickets to the members of your family and then confirm your assignment. Once your tickets are linked, you will want to make your
Park Pass Reservations immediately. On your dashboard, hover over the Park Reservations button and click on
Make a Park Reservation. Select
Theme Park Tickets and choose all the members of your party and continue. Choose the date and then the park you are planning to visit. Follow the prompts to confirm your choice. You must repeat this procedure for each day you are planning to visit a theme park. If you have the
Park Hopper Option with your tickets, you will only need to reserve the first park you are planning to visit.
You can also manage and view your plans in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
