Hi Luke, and welcome back to planDisney!
Thank you for visiting us as you prepare for a wonderful voyage on the Disney Cruise Line. I prefer to utilize Disney's
ground transportation to journey from the Walt Disney World Resort to Port Canaveral. I love to leave the driving and transportation details to Disney in order to arrive relaxed and ready for my cruise. To schedule this transportation from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to Port Canaveral, you must
call the Guest Service agents at the Disney Cruise Line.
I'm sorry to hear that you have been on hold for so long! I too have experienced longer than usual wait times in recent days due to a systems upgrade. I recommend that you call earlier in the day for the shortest wait times. I have also found that my actual wait times have been shorter than the estimated wait times announced while on hold. I hope that is the case for you as well.
Your cruise is soon approaching! Be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before leaving home. The app will be your handy first mate to show you what's happening on the ship and where to find it. You can scroll through the daily activity schedule and "favorite" any activities you would like to receive a notification reminder about when it's about to begin. I also enjoy using the app to look up the menus of restaurants onboard and decide what I'm going to enjoy at lunch or dinner time. The app even has a helpful chat function to keep in touch with your sailing crew.
I hope that you have a wonderful voyage out of Port Canaveral and that your cruise is an absolute dream. Please sail our way again if you have any further questions. We are always happy to assist!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
