I'm looking at visiting during the Holiday season this year. I wanted to know if Paint the Night and Fantasmic will be running every day from November 14th through the season, or only on certain nights. Thank you!

Hi Melissa, and welcome to planDisney! The Holidays are my absolute favorite time to be at the Disneyland Resort – the towering tree, twinkling lights, strands of garland, snow-capped castle, and other decorations add an extra layer of magic to the Resort. With the 70th Anniversary Celebration now underway, many Guests, including me, are eager to know what the entertainment will look like during the last few months of the year. I'm happy to share what we know so far, and when we might have more details!

Melissa, it's still a little early to know if Paint the Night will continue during Halloween Time and the Holidays. Select shows will temporarily pause to make way for seasonal entertainment offerings, but details haven't been announced yet. The Hours & Events Calendar typically shows entertainment schedules up to six weeks out. It's updated on a rolling basis, so details for mid-November should be available around the start of October. At that point, we will also know how often Fantasmic! is scheduled, whether daily or on select nights.

Halloween Time will begin August 22, 2025, so around mid-July, the Hours & Events Calendar may give us an idea about what 70th Anniversary Celebration entertainment may pause or continue as the seasons change. Until then, you can also follow Disneyland on Instagram and check the Disney Parks Blog for official announcements and entertainment updates.

Since nighttime spectaculars seem to be high on your list, Melissa, consider looking into dining packages that include reserved viewing for select shows. These often become available to book 60 days in advance. You'll enjoy a delicious meal and secure a great spot for the corresponding show.

I mentioned that I love the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. If you visit on November 14, 2025, Melissa, you'll be there for the first day of the very merry fun! The Christmas Fantasy Parade, featuring marching toy soldiers and dancing reindeer, will put you in the holiday spirit, and the "snow" that falls at the end of the "Believe...In Holiday Magic" show is really special. There is even more to discover, including themed food and merchandise, Character encounters, and seasonal versions of select attractions.

Melissa, I'll wish upon a star that your November trip is amazing, filled with memorable entertainment, tasty food, and happy moments. If you have any other questions, you know where to find us! And we'd be thrilled to help.
