I'm looking at using the Passholders Discount to book a 15-day stay at a Disney resort hotel room. To do this I have to book 2 separate reservations is it possible to have them merged?

Hi Colby and welcome to planDisney!

There are so many perks to being a Walt Disney World Passholder and discounts are just some of them!  Passholders can enjoy a discount on Disney Resort hotels, dining, merchandise and select Enchanting Extras.  I love learning all about Disney, so their tours are my favorite.

I spoke with a friendly Cast Member to get you the best answer.  If you are booking a Passholder package, you can book up to 14 nights in one reservation.  If you are booking room-only, you can book up to 30 nights at once.  If you are booking your vacation in two parts, you can request to have two reservations linked as long as they are both the same package code or room type.  Doing this does not guarantee that you will not have to switch rooms at some point when the first reservation ends and the second one begins, but in my experience, Disney has done everything in their power to accommodate requests like this.

I see that your Walt Disney World vacation is coming up next week.  How exciting!  I would suggest giving the Walt Disney World reservations a call to discuss your scenario so they help you figure out the best way to book your stay since it's just a week away.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
