I'm looking to travel June 25th-July 4th. How crowded are the parks? Is it unbearable? Is it not worth going then and just going at the end of August?

    Hello Rebecca,

I'm sure you are excited to get started on your Walt Disney World vacation planning. Deciding on the travel dates is one of the most important steps and is obviously the step that tends to kick off the process.

Traveling during the summer, whether it is in late June/early July or late August, is a very busy time of year at the parks. With most of the country off from school, this tends to be one of the busiest seasons. I'm not gonna lie, it will be crowded. But, with careful planning, even the crowded times can be manageable and fun. Since these are both during the summer, I would probably recommend going in June. The end of August tends to be much warmer with more humidity. Don't get me wrong, June will be quite warm, too, but, in my opinion, August is so much more uncomfortable, weather-wise.

I hope this helps you make the best decision for you and your family.

    Have a magical trip!
