Hi there, Alexiea. Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question. Oh boy! Your visit is practically here, but not to worry, there's still plenty of time to make arrangements before you arrive.
As Walt said during the dedication of the Disneyland Resort, “To all who come to this happy place: Welcome.” One of the things my husband and I love about the Disneyland Resort is how inclusive and accessible his visits are.
Disability Access Service (DAS) is intended for Guests who may have difficulty tolerating extended waits in a conventional queue due to a disability.
You can pre-register for
DAS Advance up to 30 days in advance and no less than 2 days prior to your arrival. You are right within that window and can take the next step to
request a live video chat with a Cast Member. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind before hopping on your live chat. Live video chat is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Make sure to log into your Disney account and ensure that tickets for everyone in your party are linked to be included in DAS plans. The Guest who will be using DAS must also be present during the registration call.
The Cast Member will assist with planning your day and you will also be able to
pre-select up to two one-hour return windows for select experiences. If you haven't already, be sure to download the
Disneyland app to make your return selection times throughout your visit.
I hope this is helpful, Alexiea. I hope pre-registering for DAS Advance gives you peace of mind and helps you feel prepared for your upcoming visit. Most of all I hope you have an absolutely magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Come back to see us with any other questions you might be curious about.
