I'm looking for something special to do for or with my daughter (10yrs) on our next trip. She's gone to BBB, Behind the Seeds Tour, 1900 P.F., Mad Hatter Tea Party, Luau, Hoop DD, cirque du soleil, Cinderella's RT, & Crystal P. Any ideas for next trip?

    Hi Tina!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If your daughter is adventurous, I would do the Wild Africa Trek in Disney's Animal Kingdom.  It is a little pricey, but it is fabulous!  It is a chance to get up close and personal with the animals there.  If you go, I suggest going on the first trek before the park gets crowded.  The trek has been one of the highlights of my visits over the past couple of years.

Another idea that is a little more down to Earth is horseback riding at Fort Wilderness.  Most tweens and teens love getting out on the horses there.  While there, you could also take an archery class, go canoeing, or go cane pole fishing.

My two boys, ages 13 and 8, both love going out on Seven Seas Lagoon or Bay Lake with a sea raycer boat.  That might be another idea.  Those are the small two person watercraft and while they don't go all that fast, they are lots of fun.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
