I'm looking for a romantic evening with my husband without our daughters. Can you still see the magic kingdom from the Polynesian's beach? I'm afraid the bungaloes will obstruct the view.

Hi Danielle! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

My husband and I adore date nights at the Walt Disney World Resort, so I highly recommend them. Your romantic evening will be here before you know it! Yay!

Great news! You can still see Magic Kingdom Park from Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and it is a favorite spot of many people to watch the Happily Ever After fireworks display. One of my most special memories is sitting with my husband on a bench by the water at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and watching the fireworks while drinking a glass of champagne. Talk about romantic! We still reminisce about how much that moment meant to us. It was pretty dreamy!

There is a walkway from Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa that also has beautiful views of Magic Kingdom Park and is PERFECT for a private stroll with your husband. The path is dimly lit at night, never crowded, and is quiet except for the sound of the water and boats.

I hope this helps with planning your kid-free evening, Danielle! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
