    I’m looking at purchasing 3 day tickets to Disney but only wanted one day ticket to be a park hopper… is that possible?

    Hi there, Hayden, and welcome to planDisney! Park Hopper tickets offer maximum flexibility, allowing you to visit any of the four theme parks on a given day (subject to availability). You can live the dream in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom Park in the morning, snack around the world in EPCOT in the afternoon, and be enthralled by Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios later that night! Amazing! Let's chat about your ticket options for your 3 day visit.

    Hayden, if you purchase a 3 day ticket and want the Park Hopper Option, the cost and benefits will be added for all three days. You won't be able to have two days of single park tickets and one day of Park Hopper on a 3 day ticket. You may choose to do a 2 day ticket and a 1 day Park Hopper, but it may be more cost effective to have the 3 day Park Hopper. I would encourage you to check out the ticket options and pricing on the Walt Disney World Resort website so you can see the pricing for yourself and compare the options I have described here.

    Once you've made your decision, keep in mind these tips and suggestions I have for you:

    • If you have date-based tickets you won't need to make a park reservation. Just roll up to the park of your choice and scan your MagicBand+, Key to the World Card, or MagicMobile pass
    • Park Hopping is subject to capacity limits, but you will receive a push notification from the My Disney Experience App in the event a park is not available
    • Check the Special Offers page to see if there are any ticket deals valid for your stay so you can compare all the choices available to you
