Hi Con,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Sorry that you’re having trouble booking your
tickets for your New Year’s trip. I know that given the holidays, there are many guests hoping to go to the Walt Disney World Resort. With that being said, you’ll want to check out the
Theme Park Reservation calendar to see if there’s any Park availability for the days you’re wanting to go. If the calendar day is green or yellow, that means there’s at least one Park that’s available. If you’re seeing that the day is “grayed out” or you can’t click the day, that means there’s no more Park availability.
When you go back in to purchase your ticket, I suggest that you sign out of your
My Disney Experience account and close out of your browser. Next, open a new browser window and sign back in to your account. Hopefully, you’re able to select a window of days for your Park visits.
Remember, if you’re looking for a two day ticket, you can select the starting date and go to the Parks two days within the four day window before your tickets expire.
Remember that after you purchase your tickets, you’ll also want to book your
Theme Park Reservations based off of
the calendar. Since Theme Park availability may be limited because of the holidays, I definitely suggest doing this as soon as possible.
I hope this “Bit by Bryanna” helps as you buy your tickets for your Park visit! If you have any other planning or vacation questions in the meantime,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
