I'm looking at Port Orleans Riverside for a fall visit with kids & grandkids. I like the Alligator Bayou rooms but would like adjoining rooms. Is this possible?

    Hello, Denise!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I have to say you are the COOLEST Fairy Grandmother in the world!  I know you are going to have an UNFORGETTABLE TIME with your family on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

You are going to LOVE staying at Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside Alligator Bayou section!  In order to answer your question, I want to define adjoining rooms and connecting rooms. Adjoining rooms are two rooms right next door to each other, and connecting rooms are two rooms that have a door inside each room so you are able to walk between the two rooms without going into the hallway.  Based on these definitions, I am VERY happy to inform that you CAN request adjoining AND/OR connecting rooms in the Alligator Bayou resort section!

To request adjoining (or connecting) rooms, all you have to do is call (407) W-DISNEY and speak with a very helpful Cast Member to assist you.  I also highly recommend you make this request before you arrive because rooms are typically assigned before check-in.

If you have other questions, please let me know!

    Have MAGICAL day!
