I'm guessing that your Home Resort is
Disney's Old Key West Resort, as it's the OG DVC location dating back to 1991. It's great to hear that you're still actively using your Membership and enjoying the magic after so many years, both on land and at sea with
Disney Cruise Line!
As you noticed on the Member website, the "My Dashboard" feature only shows transactions for a few Use Years at at a time. To access your usage prior to that, you can contact
Member Services for a full accounting of your points. I generally try the chat feature first with any questions - there is typically not a long wait, and the DVC Cast Members are always really helpful. They can help you get the information you're looking for, which will likely come in the form of an email. Make sure you're logged into your account before initiating the chat, and have your Membership details handy.
