I’m looking for my old annual pass number. I’d like to purchase another annual pass but in order to renew it’s asking for my old ID number

Hey there, Jolene! Welcome to planDisney. We are happy to have you drop by with your question!

It's so exciting to hear you are thinking about becoming a passholder again! At the time of writing this, the Believe and Inspire Magic Keys are available for purchase. If you are a current passholder and you are in your renewal window, all four Magic Keys are available for renewal. This means if you were previously a Magic Key or annual passholder but let your pass expire, you do not qualify for renewal. You would need to purchase an available Magic Key as a new passholder. The good news is you don't need to find your old annual pass number. You'll be given a new one when you purchase your new Magic Key.

Once you've made your purchase, I recommend logging in to make your first theme park reservation, especially if you are hoping to visit during the holidays. It's the merriest time of year, and reservations may fill up. Then, be sure to check out the Magic Key Portal in your Disneyland app! Here you will find special offers and experiences just for Magic Key holders, like information about the specially priced Sip and Savor Pass with commemorative lanyard just for Magic Key holders to enjoy at the Disney Festival of the Holidays

Jolene, thanks for visiting planDinsey! We are always here if you have any other planning questions!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
