I’m looking for help for my Dec 1-6 trip. We’ll be at Animal Kingdom 12/1-12/4 and Poly 12/4-12/6. She’s obsessed with Frozen, and knows the classic Mickey characters. A bit of Moana, but not much. We need logistic help! Meals/rides. We like efficiency

    Hello,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney Sara. This December trip is going to be awesome for your little one. There will be princesses of all sorts to meet. And if we are talking efficiency, I relish in it. Let’s get this plan started!

Being from the north east myself the cold never bothered me anyway, but a trip to Florida in December is a gift. Your Frozen obsessed little lady will be happy to meet her hero princesses while visiting EPCOT. You will be able to meet both of those princesses at their meet and greet at the Royal Sommerhus. Immediately before, or after you can board Frozen Ever After for a journey through the tale of Frozen. This is a dark ride and has a bit of a drop, but it is a small one. It is a boat ride and is slow moving for most of the time. She will be able to watch Elsa and Anna in action on this enchanting attraction. In the same park, you will be able to go on the walking tour Journey of Water that is inspired by Moana.  You will be able to control the water, as well as learn about it traveling through our ecosystem. EPCOT is always sneaking in learning somewhere. When it comes to classic characters, you absolutely must say hi to the big cheese himself, Mickey Mouse. One of the best places to visit him is in Magic Kingdom Park. He is right at the start when you walk in, if you walk over to the right immediately, you can visit Mickey in Town Square Theater. This could be before you even walk down Main Street USA to see Cinderella Castle

While you are visiting Animal Kingdom Theme Park you may want to book a meal at Tusker House Restaurant. You will be able to meet with some of the other characters like Goofy, Donald, and Mickey Mouse in their safari gear. These are always memorable meals because it gives you a chance to slow down, and still get to meet characters as they rotate around and come to your table.  In most cases, you’ll see them more than once as they continue to make their rounds. Be sure to bring a book for signatures as well as an oversized pen for characters with gloves to be able to hold. Mickey and Minnie‘s Runaway Railway will give you a little bit of all the classic characters, and that’s located inside Hollywood Studios. There is no height restriction on this or the other attraction I mentioned. Hollywood Studios is also where you will be able to find Minnie Mouse dressed in her red carpet dress. She is there waiting for you and your family to stop by for a photo shoot.

I hope this information is helpful for your stay. If you have other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach back out.

    Have a magical day,

    Jeremy A.
