Any day I am at Walt Disney World is a fantastic day, Jeff! But since I cannot be there as often as I would like, I do try to make the most out of my time and visit when it is not terribly crowded. My family visited Walt Disney World the last week of May last year. During the beginning of the week the crowds were not bad, but as the week went on and schools started letting out for Summer – you could tell the crowd volume was slowly increasing. I do try to avoid planning my Walt Disney World vacations in March and April, as many schools have Spring Break during that time. If you are limited to March-May, I would suggest early to mid May for your trip. The weather is typically warm but not too hot, and the crowd volume is fairly low. A resource I find helpful when planning dates for my family's arrival are the crowd calendars at easywdw.com.
For some great deals, always first check the Walt Disney World Special Offers page when selecting dates for your Magical vacation! Come back any time, Jeff! Have a magical day!
