I'm looking into getting a Disney Visa, but it notes you have to book your Disney World vacation through a Disney Agent? How do I do that?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Teri!

I am a Disney Visa Cardmember, and I love using my Disney Rewards Dollars for a few vacation splurges when my family visits Walt Disney World Resort.  Any Disney Rewards Dollars earned with the Disney Visa Card can be transferred to a Rewards Redemption Card, which can be used in the same way as a gift card almost everywhere at Walt Disney World Resort.  In addition to Disney Rewards Dollars, cardmembers are also eligible for other vacation perks and benefits, such as discounts at select merchandise and dining locations.  I think some of the best vacation perks are the private character greeting experiences that include complimentary downloads of your photos captured at these locations.  You can visit the Disney Visa Cardmember Character Experience at Epcot or the Disney Visa Cardmember Star Wars Character Experience at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  My family was able to enjoy this experience with little to no wait.  Note that you only need to present or use your Disney Visa Card to take advantage of the above benefits; you do not need to have purchased your vacation with the Disney Visa Card.

I think perhaps you are referring to the 6 month 0% Special Vacation Financing for select Disney Vacation Packages.  The terms and conditions state that Walt Disney World Vacation Packages must be booked by you or your travel agent through the Walt Disney Travel Company and charged to your Disney Visa Credit Card.  Teri, you can take advantage of the 6 month 0% financing offer by booking your own vacation package online or by calling a Disney vacation planning specialist at (407) WDISNEY or (407) 934-7639.  If you prefer to use a travel agent, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner should be able to handle all the details for you.  A quick internet search should turn up Authorized Disney Vacation Planners in your area.

I hope that helps!  Please visit the Moms Panel again with any additional questions you may have.  Happy planning!
