    I'm looking at doing the Pirates and Pals cruise. I'll be at the Magic kingdom for the day, am I able to take the monorail over to the Contemporary Resort? I am staying at the Caribbean resort for my stay. Does this have a price?

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. What a wonderful day you are planning! Experiencing the delight at Magic Kingdom all day followed by a Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage sounds wonderful. As you know, this voyage starts at Disney's Contemporary Resort, where you will enjoy a variety of snacks, and then a fun-filled pirate cruise.

    Yes, you are more than welcome to take the monorail from Magic Kingdom to Disney's Contemporary Resort! Be sure to hop on the resort monorail as opposed to the express monorail. The express monorail does not stop at the resorts, so you want to be sure to get on the resort monorail! Also, you can always walk to Disney's Contemporary Resort. From Magic Kingdom, it is a quick walk, no more than about 10 minutes.

    There is a cost associated with the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage, and pricing is available on the website that I linked. Current pricing is US Dollars $72.00 per adult and US Dollars $43.00 per child, both prices not including tax. If you want to take this excursion, I suggest that you call and make reservations at 407-939-7529.
