Ahoy there, Sandra!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your planning question! I absolutely love that you’re already thinking ahead for your next Disney Cruise adventure—there’s truly no such thing as too early when it comes to planning a voyage filled with pixie dust and ocean breezes. As a fellow planner, I completely understand the excitement of dreaming about that next magical sailing… trust me, I’m right there in the same boat with you!
Now, let’s get right to it. As of now, sailing dates for October 2026 haven’t been released just yet. Disney Cruise Line typically releases itineraries about 13 to 18 months in advance, so we’re probably just around the riverbend when it comes to those fall dates. The most recent releases seem to go through
September 2026, so I’m hopeful we’ll see those October dates drop soon—fingers crossed for a pixie-dusted announcement!
And since you mentioned October, I have to tell you… If you’re looking for a little extra magic (and maybe a friendly fright!), I highly recommend booking a
Halloween on the High Seas sailing. My family and I had the chance to experience this spook-tacular event, and it was everything we could have hoped for! From Mickey and friends in their Halloween best to special shows, themed treats, and even trick-or-treating around the ship, it’s such a festive and fun way to make unforgettable memories at sea. Seeing Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle dressed as the Sanderson Sisters? Pure Disney magic!
Sandra, I’d also suggest keeping a close eye on the
Disney Parks Blog—they’re always the first to share updates on new itineraries and special sailings. And if you haven’t already, be sure to sign up for
email updates on the Disney Cruise Line website. It’s the best way to stay in the loop on early booking opportunities and exciting cruise news.
I hope this helps get you even more excited for your next adventure! If you have any other questions, feel free to stop by again.
Wishing you smooth seas and a happy sailing!
Christina
