Hi, Yajaira!
Visiting Walt Disney World is a super fun way to celebrate a birthday. And your celebration will be DOUBLE the fun with twins!
If looking to book a room in the Value category, I suggest
Disney's All-Star Music with a Family Suite. This fantastic suite offers a separate bedroom so you can have a quiet space for the little Mouseketeers to nap or go to bed early while mom and dad have a separate space to stay up later or watch TV without disturbing the little darlings. There is also a kitchenette perfect for snack time.
In the Moderate category, I would opt for
Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter. This is the smallest of the Moderate resorts, so walking is minimal. The pool area has a really fun splash zone that would be perfect for the twins to splish, splash, and cool off. Pool View rooms in buildings 2 and 5 will put you closest to the pool, while Standard View rooms in building 3 will put you close to the food court. Building 4 is close to the food court and bus stop.
As far as dining goes, I would suggest some fun character dining experiences.
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort or The Crystal Palace with Pooh and Friends in the Magic Kingdom would both be fun. The bonus is that since your kids are not yet 3 years old, they will dine for free at any Buffet or Family Style dining location. Dining reservations can be booked up to 180 days in advance online or by calling (407)WDW-DINE.
Wishing your twins the happiest of birthdays filled with fun and pixie dust!
Cathy
