Hi Dion! Thanks so much for bringing your question to planDisney.
I’m so excited you asked about the
Florida Resident Summer Magic Ticket! As a fellow Floridian, I have to say these special offers always make me feel extra lucky to live just a short drive away from the magic. There’s something pretty wonderful about being able to turn an ordinary weekend into a Disney adventure without tons of planning.
Since we’re already in September, here’s the scoop: You can still purchase this ticket through September 23, and you’ve got until September 27 to use it. I know it feels like we’re cutting it close, but honestly, some of my favorite Disney memories have come from spontaneous, last-minute park days. And since there are no blockout dates, you have the freedom to choose whether you want a quick evening at EPCOT catching the sunset or a full-on weekend blowout of Disney fun before the offer ends.
Each Summer Magic Ticket is good for one theme park per day, and don’t forget you’ll need to
make park reservations. Availability can fluctuate this time of year, so I definitely recommend grabbing those reservations as soon as you buy. And if you’re anything like me and love to sneak in “just one more thing,” the
Park Hopper or Water Park option is a fun way to maximize every bit of your time.
What I love most about these Florida Resident deals is how easy they make it to soak up the magic without breaking the bank or planning months in advance. For me, it’s the perfect excuse to hop in the car and enjoy a carefree September evening at Walt Disney World Resort, Mickey bar in hand!
Hope you get to squeeze in some last-minute Disney magic, Dion! September park days here in Florida just hit different, and they’re the perfect sendoff to summer.
See ya real soon!
