So I’m looking to book a room towards the end of march or beginning of April. Traveling with 3 adults, a 2 year old and a 1 year old. It will not allow me to book a room with 2 beds that sleeps 4 adults. The baby would be in a packnplay .

Hi Melissa - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks so much for stopping by with your question about room types - I always love to help Guests find a great room to fit their needs!

I'm sorry to hEAR that you are having some difficulty finding availability - that's no fun at all! When searching for Disney Resorts Collection hotels rooms, you should be entering three for the number of adults, and two for the number of children which will then prompt you to enter their ages - you would select two and Infant.

When I used these search criteria with some randomly selected dates, I was able to see availability for several Resorts offering standard rooms with occupancy for that size of party. When I searched near the dates you are interested in, availability was more limited. Perhaps you are having difficulty finding specific room types at specific Resorts on those dates? The runDisney Springtime Surprise race weekend is March 31st through April 3rd which may also be impacting availability.

The good news is that other Guests' plans change all the time, meaning that availability also changes frequently. I encourage you to continue checking for options, or you may consider calling and speaking to a Cast Member to book your reservation. They have amazing training and might be able to sprinkle some pixie dust on your search, especially if you are flexible on dates or types of accommodations!

Wherever you and your crew end up calling home, I know you'll have a magical time experiencing the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! Please let me know if any other questions come up that I can help with.
