Hi, I'm looking to book a reservation for Cafe Orleans on the 6th October 2023. It says there are no available spots. Is this correct? Fully booked up a month prior? Thanks, Matt

Hello there, Matthew! Welcome to planDisney! We are so glad you've dropped by with your dining question for us.

Your visit will be here before you know it and I can't wait for you to experience Disneyland Resort during Halloween time. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to secure reservations at Cafe Orleans. At Disneyland Resort, dining reservations open up to 60 days before your visit and they do tend to book up rather quickly for a lot of locations. I suggest you keep checking back from time to time to see if new reservations open up as other Guests modify and change their plans. Dining reservations can be canceled up to 2 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, so I also would be sure to check back the day of your visit to see if reservations open up. If not, there is also the walk-up list that you can try to join. This is available through the Disneyland app on the day of your visit. You do need to be close to Cafe Orleans when you join the walk-up list and then once you are on the list you can enjoy the park until you get a notification that you need to return.

If you are looking forward to New Orleans-inspired food, there is also Tiana's Palace. This just opened this month and I quite enjoy it. The other great thing about this location is it is quick service, so you do not need reservations in advance. I had the shrimp and grits and of course the house-filled beignets.

Matthew, thanks so much for your question. We are here if you have any other questions along the way.
