Hi there, Jaime, and welcome to planDisney!
Isn't ironing out the details of an upcoming Disney vacation so exciting? I always love browsing the
Disneyland Paris website to help me decide which hotel, restaurants, and magical extras will be a part of my visit. Of course, budgeting plays a huge role in these decisions, so let's talk tickets!
While Disneyland Paris is currently offering
theme park tickets at a reduced rate for Guests with a documented disability, this offer cannot be applied to
Hotel + Ticket Packages. If you'd like to take advantage of the discount while also staying in a Disney Hotel, you're more than welcome to book your tickets and hotel stay separately. You'll simply purchase the tickets through the Disneyland Paris website and then reach out to a Cast Member using the website's Live Chat function or by
calling the Client Relation Center to book a room-only stay. When considering your options, it is worth keeping in mind that Disneyland Paris Hotel + Ticket Packages feature theme park tickets priced at significantly reduced rates, so it might be worth pricing both options to see which is a better deal.
If you do move forward with the specially priced tickets for Guests with disabilities, you'll need to be sure to have an original copy of valid proof of disability, as well as an identification card to validate the ticket upon first use. This will also qualify you for a
Priority Card that will give you priority access to attractions, shows, parades, character experiences, and payment counters of restaurants and shops to help make your visit more comfortable.
I hope this clears things up for you, Jaime, and that you're able to get everything
bibbidi bobbidi booked so very soon. If any additional questions arise as you continue the planning process, feel free to stop back by
planDisney. You've got a friend in me!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
