hi im looking to book a package holiday for 2 weeks that also includes 5 nights at a disney hotel so as to get the free dining offer for 2026, but how does that work if i do 2 nights in a value hotel and 3 nights at a deluxe hotel? does that still count?

Hi Julie and welcome to planDisney.

The Free Dining and Drinks in 2026 Deal offers such amazing value for money and is actually my favourite promotion to take advantage of, when booking my family's next trip to Walt Disney World!

My family love having a Quick-Service Meal, Quick-Service Dining Plan or, Disney Dining Plan (depending on which Disney Resort hotel we are staying at) to use during our stay. Not only does it help with our budgeting, knowing that the majority of our food and drink is paid for before we even arrive, they are also super easy and convenient to use.

Julie, in order to be eligible for the Free Dining and Drinks in 2026 Deal, you must book a Hotel + Ticket package by 5th November 2025 (for selected arrivals 7th January - 19th December 2026). But, unfortunately, it is not possible to apply the Deal to a split stay at 2 different Disney Resort hotels.

So, in order to be eligible for the promotion, you would need to book a minimum 5-night stay at 1 Disney Resort hotel and purchase your UK & Ireland Exclusive Disney Magic Tickets at the same time, as part of the Hotel + Ticket package.

If you stay at a participating Value Resort hotel, you will receive 1 free Quick Service Meal (including 1 non-alcoholic/alcoholic drink per meal) per Guest (ages 3+), per night of your stay.

If you book a stay at a participating Moderate Resort hotel, you will receive a free Quick-Service Dining Plan (comprising of 2 x Quick Service Meals (including 1 non-alcoholic/alcoholic drink per meal) and 1 x Snack or non-alcoholic drink per Guest (ages 3+), per night of your stay plus a Resort-Refillable Drink Mug.

If you book a stay at a participating Deluxe Resort hotel or Deluxe Villa, you will receive a free Disney Dining Plan (comprising of 1 x Table Service Meal, 1 x Quick Service Meal (including 1 non-alcoholic/alcoholic drink per meal) and 1 x Snack or non-alcoholic drink per Guest (ages 3+), per night of your stay plus a Resort-Refillable Drink Mug.

Top Tip - No matter which free dining option you decide to take advantage of, be sure to utilise Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering when redeeming your Quick-Service Meals at Walt Disney World. This is a great way to reduce the amount of time waiting in line for food, which will, in turn, maximise the amount of time you have available for enjoying all of the amazing attractions on offer.

I hope that this information has been of help, Julie and that you're able to get your 2026 trip booked real soon!

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
