Hello, Gemma! Welcome back to planDisney. It's wonderful to have you sail our way as you prepare for your first-ever Disney Cruise!
For my family, a Disney Cruise is the ultimate vacation. My children love spending time in the youth clubs, enjoying endless pool time, eating soft-serve ice cream, watching movies on the Funnel Vision, and joining in on craft times and trivia games. My husband and I join them by the pool, exercise in the fitness center, take photos with Disney Characters, and attend a variety of classes offered onboard. In the evenings, we dine together and watch
Broadway-caliber shows and exciting live entertainment offerings. We love to take part in family game shows, karaoke, and dance parties too. The best part is that everything I just listed above is
included in the price of your Disney Cruise! Sailing with Captains Mickey and Minnie means nonstop fun and entertainment for an amazing value.
There are a few offerings that are not included in your cruise fare and require an additional fee. These are activities like bingo,
spa treatments,
beverage tastings,
adult-exclusive dining reservations, and
nursery reservations. As a
first-time cruiser, many of these activities will be available to reserve 75 days before your sailing date. Alcoholic beverages are not included in your cruise fare, but soft drinks are available in the restaurants onboard. Canned soft drinks purchased in a bar or lounge, and specialty coffee drinks will be an additional fee. Movie theatre snacks like popcorn and candy will also be available for purchase. Items that are not included in your cruise fare will display a price next to the offering on the menu.
I hope that information helps you as you prepare for an adventure at sea. I can't wait for you to dive in, experience it all, and become a
Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club member!
See ya real soon!
