Hi, John! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I am so excited to hEAR that you are
planning to visit Walt Disney World Resort with your
little Mouseketeers! There is nothing more magical than watching your little ones take in the sights and sounds of the theme parks! Be sure to purchase
Memory Maker before your vacation so that you can relive all of those magical moments for yEARS to come.
I am happy to tell you that children under the age of 3 are considered "Guests of Mickey." Children under 3 years of age do not need a
theme park ticket, and they are welcome to share from your plate at any Walt Disney World Resort
restaurant, including
character dining experiences. If you plan to utilize a
Disney Dining Plan during your vacation, you will only need to purchase the plan for the members of your party who are 3 years of age and older.
If you are experiencing an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet or family-style meal, guests under the age of 3 may eat what they like at no additional charge. At a la carte restaurants, you may share your meal with your little ones or you can purchase additional food for them if you wish. If you are using a Disney Dining Plan, you will simply pay out-of-pocket for any additional food that you order for your children. Just be sure to include your little Mouseketeers in the number of guests when you make your
dining reservations. This will ensure that you have a table big enough to accommodate your entire family.

See ya real soon!
