I’m looking to book the Caribbean beach resort for May 2026 but not seeing it avaliable either on Disney holidays or Attraction tickets. Is it possible that it’s already sold out? Thanks

Hi Stephanie, and welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you stopped by with your question!

Staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel is a magical way to immerse yourself in the magic of Walt Disney World Resort from sunrise to fireworks. Not only do you get the convenience of being close to the theme parks, but you also enjoy some truly fantastic benefits like complimentary transportation across the resort, early theme park entry, and access to dining reservations for the duration of your stay. It's all part of that signature Disney hospitality that makes every stay unforgettable.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is a Guest favorite for a reason! It offers a laid-back, island-inspired atmosphere with colorful villages and a lively Fuentes del Morro Pool that my own family could spend hours enjoying. One of its standout features is access to the Disney Skyliner. This gondola system floats you high above Walt Disney World and connects you to EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and other fabulous resorts like Disney’s Riviera Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.

Now, onto your question. I went ahead and selected a random week in May 2026 (specifically, 3rd to 9th May) to take a peek at availability. At the time of my search, I found that the following room types were still available:

    • King Bed Room (sleeps up to 2 adults)
    • Standard Room (sleeps up to 4 adults)
    • Preferred Room (also sleeps up to 4 adults)

However, if you're searching for a room that accommodates five Guests, that option appears to be sold out for those dates. Another possibility is that the length of your stay may be impacting search results. Sometimes, even one day can make a difference. When I run into similar challenges, I start with just one or two nights on the desired check-in date and then build out from there to see what opens up. It’s a little like solving a Disney puzzle!

Also, a quick tip: try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache, as this can occasionally affect what you see online. And if you'd prefer a helping hand, you can always contact a friendly Cast Member directly through the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line for personalized support.

While Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort certainly holds a special place in many hearts (including mine, my family stayed there or at Port Orleans – Riverside almost every trip growing up!), perhaps this is an opportunity to explore something new. I didn’t venture beyond those favorites until I was planning my own family's first Disney holiday. Since then, we’ve had unforgettable stays at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. If you’re open to considering other options, I’d be happy to help match you with a resort that checks all your boxes.

I hope this helps you navigate your next adventure! If you have any more questions, we’d love to hear from you again here at planDisney.

    See you real soon,
    Brent
