I’m looking for the “behind the curtain” or “back stage” tour of Disney World - for adults. And how to book.

Hey Howdy Hey Greg and welcome to planDisney!

Greg, it looks like you all are getting into the final weeks of your Disney countdown until your big trip to Walt Disney World Resort! I bet you all are getting super excited about your trip to the Vacation Kingdom of the World. One of the many things that separate a Disney vacation from others is the Magic of course! There are so many tours available to give you a glimpse of what it takes to make things happen and I am happy to share a few options for you that you might be able to take advantage of on your next trip.

The first thing we can go over is where to find them. On the Walt Disney World site, if you hover over "Things to Do" and look under the "Activities" tab, you should see an option to click on which is "Enchanting Extras Collection". Here you should find so many ways to make your vacation extra special. With options like Capture your Moment, Fireworks Dessert Parties and tours, there are so many offerings available to celebrate any occasion. This is where you will find all of your options when it comes to tours.

When it comes to tours around Walt Disney World, there are quite a few, but if you are looking at getting an exclusive look at all that is involved in the show at Magic Kingdom, I would highly advise you to look into Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour. This 5-hour tour will take you through many of the nooks and crannies of the park and give you a full behind-the-scenes look at things you may be curious about as well as those you may never have known existed! Considering the length of the tour, this is available for Guests ages 16 and older and does require a bit of walking.

There are so many other tours to look into and they all have their unique twists on how you experience the parks. I am happy to share that with many of them you will be able to book online and connect the reservations to your My Disney Experience account. Some may still require a phone call, but the number will be listed on the site for the specifics depending on which tour you select.

Best of luck with the final weeks of preparation and I hope you can experience a unique tour of Walt Disney World for an extra special experience. If you have any further questions please let us know, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Nick
